Ric met the kiss, with a little bit of roughness. When Elijah pushed his shirt up, Ric ducked out of it entirely, with a twist, so that he came out of it and left it in Elijah's hands, and immediately reached for Elijah's tie, working his fingers into the knot to loosen it.
"Well, that's good to know. I'd hate for anything.. unfortunate to happen to your suit...."
Yeah. Ric didn't pull back or break off anything. He was in. He was staying in. And it wasn't just stubbornness, either. He did want Elijah, still wanted to give Elijah that touch, keep Elijah focused on something besides his family. And, again, wanted Elijah.
