Ric studied Damon for a few moments, searching for... something. "I really didn't like them, either." Even less than watching Damon kissed, but that was there, too, and surprisingly hard to separate out from the bite. "So. Okay. Tell him." He was still being careful and a little awkward, but he made his way slowly back toward Damon and then bed. "You are."
At least Damon wasn't likely to be turned into a vampire? No. Really. Damon was his best friend. That was both reassuring and nerve wracking.
