He didn't need it to be a full bite. Ric's humanness was evident in the blazing heat of him seeming to surround Elijah. The sting was sharp enough to push him over the edge, clutching at Ric again and crying out softly. He came with another shudder, breath stopping, then gasping as he trembled in the aftermath.
